  • New £5 rate for teenagers (U16) attending adult classes - it's been great to see teenagers in the classes, even a girl of 11 (nearly 12!) attends with her Mum, what a great age to learn yoga, body awareness and relaxation. "Just wanted to say thank you for the yoga classes - they really have been fantastic! I've completed the seven weeks and now I feel I can concentrate better on my work and I even find myself getting less frustrated! I've been showing my family some 'poses' and they are really impressed with the 'tree pose'! It was a welcome break from the hectic work schedule at school!" - Darryl, St Patrick's Grammar School, Downpatrick
